Is this just for yoga teachers?
Nope! This is for anyone who is called to deepen in trauma informed practices and social justice. You can be a yoga teacher but you don't have to be. Many wellness practitioners, educators, therapists, activists, healers, aspiring changemakers of all kinds join this training.
Do I need a 200-hour YTT or prior social justice training?
Nope! Just a foundation in yoga and a willingness to show up with openness. You don’t need to know everything. You need to care deeply and show up with your whole self. We’ll walk the rest with you.
How is this different from a YTT?
YTTs teach you how to teach classes. This certification teaches you why, and how to lead with yoga’s full wisdom in service of justice and transformation.
How long do I have access?
You'll receive 1 year of access to all materials, trainings, and updates.
How much time do I need each week?
Just 2 hours/week of self-paced study and 2+ live calls per month (all recorded). This certification is designed for busy changemakers - everything is flexible and accessible on your schedule.
